Millions of Syrians have been affected, with almost 6 million registered as refugees in various countries across the globe in a crisis which began in March 2011 and shows no sign of stopping.
The people of Syria have been suffering the devastating consequences of war with for over a decade. A generation of children are growing up knowing nothing but war. They have been robbed of the chance to experience basic human security, to pursue educational pursuits, or simply to play and laugh with their friends.

We have provided medical supplies that are vital in many healthcare settings, including physiotherapy and recovery items such as splints, mobility assistance devices, crutches, and braces. We also provided medical disposables and specialist instruments and equipment, helping to make sure that we have all the essentials needed to provide effective healthcare services.
Providing Awareness-Raising Activities
At ILM, we are at the forefront of the response to the Covid-19 outbreak. We have delivered awareness-raising activities in primary healthcare centres to help reduce the spread of the virus.
